The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, excellent value for money as opposed to other options. Btw, the airport was 25 km away. Its staff was courteous and welcoming❤👍😃

The check-in process was seamless, and the hotel radiated a warm family atmosphere. the family apartment was pristine, and the bed offered exceptional comfort. the staff were courteous and polite, ensuring my stay was very enjoyable. the lodge is centrally located in the area I wanted to explore, making it incredibly convenient.

The people at the motel wthat we came in contact with were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Needs some updating. Other than that in a good location for what we needed. Although on a main road we heard very little road noise. Was warm and comfortable for what we needed.

The room was great-sized and compact with fresh curtains, the extra bed plus modern features, everything was lovely. There was convenient interior. Central location of this good budget hotel was a bonus. Also, it was 2 km from West Hoe Park...

This place is in a fantastic location, close to shops and dining options. It was also situated in the general area we wanted to be in. 😊.

A fully furnished kitchen was included. The entire experience was LOVELY. We were next to such places as Glenfern Sanctuary. We loved our stay in howick motor lodge.

Was really nice that you had the room heated on arrival. Great to have free internet.

Great communication, lovely and friendly staff, clear instructions for late check-in, excellent TV size and easy to operate, animal-friendly accommodation.

Meals in nz are a problem with no inhouse restaurants which I am used to. A charge back facility with a close restaurant would add value

I had a very good stay, the rooms were clean, and tidy. services were modern and well supplied.

We verbleven in een fantastisch hotel met een uitstekende locatie. Het hotel was luxe en de ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. De kamers waren mooi en ruim, en voorzien van alle gemakken. We waren vooral onder de indruk van de muziek, tv en kanalen die beschikbaar waren. Het voelde te mooi om waar te zijn! Natuurlijk was de locatie van het hotel perfect, het was echt in het centrum van alles. Het eten was heerlijk en de tuinen waren prachtig. Helaas was het ontbijtbuffet niet van vijfsterrenkwaliteit. Er was een gebrek aan vers brood en sommige items waren niet aangevuld. Maar verder was het een geweldige ervaring!

Pet friendly and great value for money. Very friendly service. Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Not the motel's fault but I wish dog owners treat the place with more respect and pick up after their dogs. There were droppings left on the grassed area near the BBQ and trampoline. It's no wonder it is getting increasingly difficult to find pet friendly accommodation. Just pure laziness by those particular dog owners that wrecks it for the rest of us.

Unit was small but quite adequate and was very clean and user friendly.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this motor lodge. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and shops. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the wifi was free and had fast speeds. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

The facilities were a bit basic and could use some updates. The bathroom was quite small, and the water controls could have used a good cleaning.
